How to play

Movie Emoji is made for fans of Egyptian cinema. Each puzzle is a short row of emojis describing the title of an Egyptian film, sometimes literally and sometimes through a pun or an idea. A sleeping face and a jar of honey, for example, point to the Adel Emam film whose title means Sleeping in Honey.

1. Read the emojis in order; their order usually follows the words of the title.
2. Count the boxes. A title can be several words, and the boxes show the length of each one.
3. Tap tiles to spell the title. Note that 4 of the tiles are extras that are not in the title.
4. As soon as every box is filled, your answer is checked automatically.
5. If it is wrong, rearrange the letters and try again; no clock is running.
6. Stuck? Every film has two written hints you can unlock with coins.
