How to play

Arabic Proverbs is a game built on the sayings Egyptians and Arabs grow up with, such as "patience is the key to relief" or "what is past is dead". Most of them are Egyptian folk proverbs, joined by well-known sayings shared across the Arab world. The proverbs themselves are shown in Arabic.

1. Pick the next open level from the campaign.
2. In completion levels, a proverb appears with one word missing and 4 choices below it. Tap the right word.
3. In meaning levels, the full proverb appears with several explanations. Choose the one that captures its sense.
4. In arrange levels, tap the proverb's words in the correct order to rebuild it.
5. If you are wrong, try again until you get it; you must solve each proverb to move on.
6. Need help? Each proverb has up to two written hints explaining when people say it or what image it uses.
