Accepting these terms

By using TIMOZ you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use TIMOZ.

Who can use TIMOZ

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if it is higher, to use TIMOZ. If you are under 18, please use TIMOZ with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You can play as a guest, or sign in with your phone number, email, Google or Apple. A guest account lives on the browser or device you use, so you can lose it if you clear your browser data or remove the app.

Keep your sign-in secure. Never share your login codes with anyone; TIMOZ will never ask you for them. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Playing fair and being kind

When you use TIMOZ, please do not:

• Cheat, use bots or scripts, or exploit bugs to win, earn coins or climb leaderboards.
• Use a display name, username or photo that is offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, or impersonates someone else.
• Harass, threaten or bully other players in rooms, challenges or anywhere else.
• Interfere with TIMOZ, its servers or other players' games, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Use TIMOZ for anything illegal, or to send spam or advertising.

Coins and rewards

You earn coins and other rewards by playing and by choosing to watch rewarded ads. You can spend them inside TIMOZ, for example on hints or to skip a level.

Coins and rewards are part of the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be bought or sold for money, cannot be transferred to another player, and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything outside TIMOZ. We may adjust coin amounts and prices, and correct balances that are wrong because of a bug or abuse.

Ads

TIMOZ is free and is supported by ads. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose to watch one in return for coins, and a reward is only given when the ad has been watched. If an ad blocker stops an ad from loading, you may not receive that reward.

Our content

The games, questions, puzzles, pictures, art, sounds, the TIMOZ name and logo, and the rest of the service belong to TIMOZ or its licensors. You may use them to play TIMOZ for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please do not copy, scrape, resell or republish them without our permission.

Your name and photo

You keep any rights you have in the display name, username and photo you add. You let us show them inside TIMOZ, for example on leaderboards and in rooms, for as long as they are on your account. We may change or remove a name or photo that breaks these terms.

Availability

We work hard to keep TIMOZ running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Games may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems outside our control.

Suspension and ending your use

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or harms other players or TIMOZ, and remove coins, rewards or scores gained unfairly. You can stop using TIMOZ at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, TIMOZ is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, for loss of in-game progress, coins or rewards, or for problems caused by your device, your internet connection or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when TIMOZ changes. We will change the "last updated" date at the top, and if a change is important we will let you know in the app or on the website. If you keep using TIMOZ after a change, you accept the updated terms.
